Annual Lasallian Social Outing

The second annual Lasallian Social Outing took place in brilliant sunshine on Saturday April 20th when six eager Lasallians took on the challenge of the Glenbarrow Eco Walk in County Laois.

It was a beautiful day and  suncream was an essential element to protect the group. Beneavin was represented by Anna, Clair and Nassa while Brothers Kevin and Tommy represented the Brothers and Pat Walsh the Mission.

The walk is spectacular with the peaceful flowing river,  the gushing waterfalls, glorious woods, the protective board walks, the closeness to nature and the excellent company. The ice cream and coffee were welcome when we returned to the carpark.

Overall it was a brilliant experience and we hope these Lasallian social outings can be developed into the future. Why not join us next time.
