Learning that we are all connected at DLS Senior School
Our Form 3 students took part in a coastal clean-up supporting Coast is Clear, living out the Lasallian message that we are All Connected — to creation, to each other, and to our shared responsibility for our world.
Guided by DLS Chaplaincy and rooted in our Lasallian core principles, students put faith into action through service, care for creation, and work together as an inclusive community.
Well done to all who participated and helped make a positive impact
Fondazzjoni
Form 5 students had the opportunity to attend a talk delivered by Fondazzjoni Dar Suret il-Bniedem, during which Dr. Marique Sciberras and Fr. Elmar Pace explained the work carried out within their institutions.
They spoke about the people they support and the various services they offer. Fondazzjoni Dar Suret il-Bniedem operates five homes: Leopoldo, Dar Teresa Spinelli, Dar Victoria, Dar Franġisk, and Dar Imelda u Paul Debono. This year, the Form 5 Team chose this NGO for their Christmas Charity initiative. In the coming days, students will be collecting a variety of products needed for these five homes.
Peter Agius
As part of the European Ambassador School programme, European Studies and History students had the opportunity to be part of a Q&A session with MEP Peter Agius. On behalf of the school and the students we would like to thank him for taking the time to listen to our youths' concerns.
European Studies
The Form 3 European Studies students revised the topics discussed this week through a game on Kahoot. Needless to say, the competitive spirit was greatly felt.

The Immaculate Conception
On Friday December 5th, at De La Salle College during Midday break, we honoured Our Lady, the Immaculate Conception, with a procession in the College grounds. The procession was accompanied by Marian hymns from our Band Club, while other students who came to take part and carry the statue shoulder high. The procession had to end shortly because of the rain. The activity continued indoors and there was a short moment of prayer to Our Lady.
O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.

Robotics Club
On Friday, 3rd December, during our mid-day break Robotics Club, we welcomed again our newest member – the mbot 2, which feels like a little baby to us! We programmed it to change colours and move from one station to another. Excited to see what next week’s session will bring?! All senior school students are invited.
Pink October at De La Salle College
Our College community came together in faith, service, and solidarity to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The DLS Chaplaincy, supported by the Head of Schools, Student Councils, and the many students and teachers who lent a helping hand, organised a heartfelt Bake Sale in aid of Hospice Malta.
Thanks to the generosity of all who participated, a total of €650 was collected and donated to support the invaluable work of Hospice Malta.
Through this initiative, we lived out our Lasallian Core Principles—Faith in the Presence of God, Concern for the Poor and Social Justice, and Respect for All Persons.
“Let us remember that we are in the holy presence of God.”
And as St John Baptist de La Salle reminds us:
“God has chosen you to make Him known to others.”
Together, we honour those who fight, remember those we’ve lost, and support those who continue to care.
