Many activities at De La Salle Senior School

Students at De La Salle College Senior School in Malta have had a very busy time of late with activities including, special history lessons, preparing Ancient Egyptian sweets, learning life skills, celebrating Women’s Day, Down Syndrome Awareness and, a school trip.

Who said learning is boring? Teaching life skills and mathematical concepts through a hands-on approach.

Educational visits around the island, started picking up, after a two year stand still period, due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Students from Form 1 Green visited St Paul’s Catacombs in Rabat, which will be one of the places Pope Francis will be visiting during his visit to Malta in the coming days.

They also visited the Basilica of St Paul, which is a Roman Catholic Parish church located in Rabat.

During their visit, the students visited Wignacourt Museum which is an 18th-century Baroque building, located in Rabat.

Students and staff raised awareness of Down Syndrome by wearing mis-matched socks on Monday March 21st
