St Gerald’s students raise funds through sleep-out

Earlier this year, on October 4th, twenty of SGC’s Transition Year students from St Gerald’s De La Salle College Castlebar participated in a charity sleep-out event at the front of the school to raise funds and awareness for the Galway/Mayo Simon Community. The students showed great dedication by spending the night outdoors in support of this important cause.

The students raised €1,600, which they presented to the Galway/Mayo Simon Community earlier this month.

 Well done to all!
