Students at Stella Maris Junior School in Malta have taken part in diverse and interesting activities that reflect the strong Lasallian Values in the school.

Students Leaders at St Peter’s Catholic School alongside the Chaplaincy Team hosted a special prayer event for the month of November.

As always, students at St Joseph’s College, Beulah Hill, have been very busy with a variety of activities in the school, including a Lasallian retreat.

Students at St Illtyd’s College, Cardiff, are continuing to explore and develop their Lasallian ethos with a range of activities, with one of the highlights of the past few months being the Bee’s Knees sustainability project.

To recognise and understand the importance of building excellent relationships in De La Salle High School Downpatrick School, Carlos Sanha (HIP Psychology) talked through an enjoyable workshop with our Year 8's in school on Monday November 28th.

At St Benildus College, Dublin, the annual fundraising event, ‘Run for Life’ took place on Friday October 28th.

The Lasallian Student Leadership Programme 2022 took place this week in their headquarters in Castletown Co. Laois. Students from Lasallian schools throughout the country attended the two-day student leadership course.

De La Salle Jersey has paid its respects to Queen Elizabeth II, the UK's longest-serving monarch, who sadly died at Balmoral on September 8th aged 96, after reigning for 70 years.

At De La Salle Senior School, Malta, students have been enjoying a wide range of activities from debating to retreats, art to volunteering, computing to looking after the environment, and much more.

Students at De La Salle College 6th Form have been taking part in a number of events in recent weeks, including retreats in Mellieha and an inner peace reflection.

At La Salle Retreat Centre, Casdtletown, we are privileged to be able to welcome students from so many different places, but what unites them is their goodness, kindness and respect they show to us and each other. 

Retreats at La Salle Retreat Centre Dublin continue to thrive at our new centre in Ballyfermot. The feedback on the premises has been positive from pupils and teachers alike.

November has been a very busy month in St Gerald's De La Salle College Castlebar, events including, gardening, shoebox appeal, Chess Club, College Awareness Week, debating and Maths & Science Week.

On October 6th there was a ceremony for our new prefects for 2022/23 in the De La Salle Hall in Beneavin De La Salle College. The Lasallian Prefects in the college have a very important role to play as they are role models to other students.

All the latest developments from De La Salle Pastoral Centre, Belfast

Members of the 1719 Society in De La Salle School, St Helens, have been very active over the past few weeks, with events including the Reading Buddies programme, helping students with public speaking, and also using the World Cup to raise money for a local Food Bank.

Many interesting Activities were held at St. Benild School, Malta in the month of November with students and staff benefitting from some wonderful experiences, including ‘A Celebration of Life’.

Preparations for the Second District Mission Assembly are continuing to gather pace with a number of significant developments over recent weeks.

At the recent Student Leadership Programme, the Lasallian Competition for 2022/23 was launched by the MEL Committee Ireland and a letter has been sent to all Principals calling on their school to take part.
