The much anticipated official launch of Fergus Dunne’s ‘De La Salle Teacher Training College Waterford 1891 to 1939’ took place on Thursday June 17th and this recording of the event provides more details on an excellent publication

A teacher from St Edwards High School, Poole, who is living the Lasallian values on a daily basis has been recognised for her efforts with a prestigious national award.

Joanne Millea has been appointed Director of Formation and Vocation Ministry for the District of Ireland, Great Britain and Malta.

The much anticipated official launch of Fergus Dunne’s ‘De La Salle Teacher Training College Waterford 1891 to 1939’ will take place on Thursday January 17th, with all Lasallians invited to attend via Zoom at 7.30pm.

There have some positives to the Covid restrictions including a little bit more spare time, and students at De La Salle College, Waterford, have been busy putting that to good use by exploring their musical talents.

The Confirmation retreats being held by the team at Castletown Pastoral Centre have been met with great praise.

Students at St Augustine’s Catholic College, Trowbridge, have been challenging themselves on a number of fronts over the past few months, with activities including the Duke of Edinburgh Practice and Assessed Expedition, the CyberFirst Girls Competition and Cyber Centurions.
